About AG Homes

For over two decades, we've worked on construction sites across Grand Forks. We've poured foundations, framed houses, and built alongside the same crews and tradespeople who make this community a great place to live.

Over time, we've noticed an issue: the entry-level housing market is shrinking. Young families, first-time buyers, and working professionals are being priced out of homeownership, not because they can’t afford a mortgage, but because there simply aren’t enough quality, affordable homes to choose from.

We believe there should be a better way, so we founded AG Homes (a nod to Grand Forks’ founding father, Alexander Griggs).

By streamlining layouts and buying materials in bulk, we are cutting down costs without cutting corners on quality. The result is solid, well-built homes at a price that makes sense.
